When not listening to country stars like Eric Church, or being the CEO of the Lukasiewicz Family, Joy assists Hi-Fidelity Group with her experience in data management and customer success.

Working with Hi-Fidelity Group since 2013, Joy supports the sales team with industry research, data management, and ongoing client needs across our partner portfolios.  You may find Joy managing a cue of happy customers at the exhibitor desk, or jumping-in to help solve any challenge onsite at a conference.
