Another Event Postponed: What Now?

As we continue to see in-person conferences and events cancelled and postponed, what do we do now? Hi-Fidelity Group creates value for our customers and delivers the best-in-class sales and marketing to support programming and content. July provided another virtual experience for the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS). In place of the conference, team SCRS created a four-part Virtual Summit Webinar Series reaching our Australia & New Zealand audiences. This community has grown in just a few short years to gather in Melbourne, Australia to create partnerships dedicated to site success in the clinical research industry. Attendees had the opportunity to gain CEU credits and scholarships for future Summits by attending the virtual series. Topics included live panels and presentations highlighting the industry’s most critical site-facing topics in the region, one of those being a COVID-19 impact panel discussing best practices for the future.

Working with a region in a different time zone creates challenges of its own, but the SCRS team saw success with six big name supporters in the industry with digital packages including a micro presentation for each of the supporters and exclusive brand visibility.
