A Hybrid Approach

The Hi-Fidelity team returns to the office for a hybrid in office and at-home work schedule amidst the continued virtual world and navigation of the global pandemic. The team has mastered the balance between in-person meetings and staying in touch via zoom, phone calls, and instant messaging with our clients. Although the hybrid schedule allows for safety, comfortability and flexibility in the work world, the value of being face-to-face for certain conversations and meetings has been proven through the energy and successful outcomes from these specific in-person office days.
